Validating an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n\n<h3>ARTICLE 3 \u2013 PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY<\/h3>\n<p>The products governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those displayed on the website. They are offered subject to stock availability. Photographs and visual illustrations of products are non-contractual and shall not engage the seller's liability.<\/p>\n\n<h3>ARTICLE 4 \u2013 PRICES AND TAXATION (LA R\u00c9UNION AND MAINLAND FRANCE)<\/h3>\n<p>Product prices are indicated on the website in Euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li><strong>Deliveries within La R\u00e9union (DROM):<\/strong> Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including VAT applicable in La R\u00e9union (standard rate of 8.5% or reduced rate of 2.1% depending on the product type).<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Deliveries to Mainland France:<\/strong> In application of<strong>Article 294 of the French General Tax Code (CGI),<\/strong>La R\u00e9union being outside the EU VAT territory, sales of goods shipped from La R\u00e9union to Mainland France are <strong>exempt from VAT.<\/strong>Invoices and order confirmations bear the corresponding statutory VAT exemption notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prices do not include processing, shipping, and delivery fees, which are charged additionally and calculated prior to final order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n<h3>ARTICLE 5 \u2013 ORDERING PROCESS AND PAYMENT<\/h3>\n<p>The customer selects the products they wish to order, adds them to their cart, and validates their cart after checking its contents. The customer provides delivery and billing details, selects a delivery method, and proceeds to secure payment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment Terms:<\/strong> Payment for purchases is made by Credit Card via the secure payment solution <strong>Up2pay (Cr\u00e9dit Agricole)<\/strong>The order becomes final and binding upon confirmation of payment by the banking institution.<\/p>\n\n<h3>ARTICLE 6 \u2013 DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS FORMALITIES<\/h3>\n<p><strong>6.1 Delivery Zones:<\/strong> La R\u00e9union (DROM) and Mainland France.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>6.2 Handling and Dispatch Times:<\/strong> Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within <strong>48 to 72 business hours<\/strong> following confirmation and payment of the order (excluding weekends and public holidays).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>6.3 Transport Method and Indicative Delivery Times:<\/strong> Deliveries are handled by <strong>Colissimo<\/strong> (La Poste). From the moment the package is collected by the carrier, typical delivery times are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>La R\u00e9union: 2 to 4 business days;<\/li>\n    <li>Mainland France: 5 to 10 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable exclusively to the carrier (La Poste\/Colissimo) or arising from events beyond its control (exceptional bad weather, severe local\/cyclonic weather conditions, transport service strikes, air freight disruptions).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>6.4 Customs Formalities and Ancillary Fees (Mainland France):<\/strong> For shipments to Mainland France, the seller completes all export customs formalities (EORI number and assigned HS codes). The customer is informed that packages may be subject to customs inspections upon arrival, and that any potential customs clearance fees, local taxes, or import duties applied upon arrival remain the exclusive responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\n\n<h3>ARTICLE 7 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h3>\n\n<h4>7.1 General Principle (Physical Products)<\/h4>\n<p>In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of <strong>fourteen (14) clear days<\/strong> from receipt of their products to exercise their right of withdrawal with the seller, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.<\/p>\n\n<h4>7.2 Legal Exceptions and Unsealed Products<\/h4>\n<p>In accordance with Article L. 221-28 5\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal <strong>cannot be exercised<\/strong> for goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently:<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Bags\/boxes of shortbreads or food items sealed with a tamper-evident label or opening seal cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal if the label or seal has been broken or damaged.<\/li>\n    <li>Bottles of essential oils or hydrosols equipped with a tamper-evident ring will neither be taken back nor refunded if opened or unsealed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>7.3 Exercise Methods and Return Costs<\/h4>\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision by means of an unambiguous statement (by email to <code>info@enchampthe.com<\/code> or by post) or using the standard form attached in the Appendix to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return Costs:<\/strong> In accordance with Article L. 221-23 of the French Consumer Code, <strong>direct costs of returning the products remain at the exclusive expense of the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) to the seller's registered office. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction within 14 days of receiving the returned products.<\/p>\n\n<h4>7.4 Exclusion for Activity and Tour Bookings<\/h4>\n<p>In accordance with Article L. 221-28 12\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of leisure activity services that must be provided on a specific date or period.
